Hi, I’m Mike!
I am the descendant of Pacific Northwest loggers, gold miners, and conquerors of the Oregon trail. I have plaid shirts in my DNA and I wear them proudly!
I know houses and I love everything real estate. I pour myself into my work, whether it’s finding buyers homes that they love, helping sellers make their homes shine, taking on DIY projects, or managing contractors for myself or for clients.
A Little More About Me
I am a native North Portlander and I love the city I grew up in. Homeownership changed my life, and after a long career in the corporate world, I committed myself to helping others accomplish their home ownership goals.
I have lived in every quadrant of Portland, and have even lived in Vancouver. I know this city and the surrounding areas well and can always point you toward the best places to eat in drink around town. I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of Portland, and a masters degree from the University of Oregon. I currently live in the Kenton neighborhood with my aging pup and if I have free time, you can find me playing soccer, practicing film photography, and taking on ambitious DIY projects..
What Sets Me Apart
I’m focused on building long-term relationships with clients versus pursuing a high volume of transactional business. I’ll be around long after your sale closes to provide advice and connect you with vetted contractors.
I’m available to you (almost) anytime. I don’t work with assistants and am never too busy for my clients. When you call me, you will get ME on the phone.
I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. Whether you need last minute help getting your house prepped for sale or have an issue with a house you’re purchasing, I’m not afraid to roll up my sleeves and jump in.
I LOVE working with first-time buyers and people moving to the Portland metro area. I am patient and I love educating clients about houses and this beautiful city that we live in.
